TERMS

  • "The seller" refers to CABLEFITNZ LIMITED trading as CableFit NZ
  • "The buyer" refers to any legal entity or persons purchasing from CABLEFITNZ LIMITED
  • "The website" refers to www.cablefitnz.com 

When making a purchase through CABLEFITNZ LIMITED, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions that are outlined below.

WARRANTY 

Unless stated elsewhere, all materials sold by CABLEFITNZ LIMITED come with a one (1) year warranty due to defective parts and/or workmanship. The seller does not claim any liability for damages made by the user. All items are thoroughly inspected by our New Zealand Headquarters before dispatch. In the unlikely situation that there is a defect in the product, the seller must be notified within 3 working days with photographic proof via the email listed on the sellers website. 

Due to the nature of the materials used and the use of the product, it is possible that the product may gradually rust over time. To avoid this it is advised you keep your products clean and dry after use and utilise anti-rust spray agents on metal parts. 

RETURN OF GOODS 

Faulty goods can be returned at the expense of the buyer. In the event of a refund, the cost of shipment will not be refunded. Financial returns shall be made back to the buyers credit card that made the initial purchase. 

PRICING AND DESCRIPTIONS 

In the event that a product or product information is listed incorrectly, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order and relist at the correct price. The seller may continue to refuse or cancel the order even if the buyers credit card account has been charged. At this point, the buyer will receive a full refund back to the credit card making the original purchase. Content on the website may be changed without notice as rights outlined by the seller. 

DELIVERY AND DISPATCH 

All items are dispatched from the CABLEFITNZ LIMITED HQ located in New Zealand. Initial quotations for delivery times are estimated and are not legally binding by the seller. Any goods leaving the CABLEFITNZ LIMITED HQ are appropriately packed to ensure safe travel. Complaints due to damages or loss of product is to be assumed with the transit provider. The seller claims no responsibility for products once they have been picked up by the transit provider. 

*Free postage is only available for non-rural New Zealand addresses for purchases over $100. Extra charges may apply for rural and international deliveries. 

RESPONSIBILITY 

The buyer is to understand that there is risk associated with using any gym equipment especially if the equipment is not appropriately used for its intended purpose. It is encouraged by the seller that the buyer will consult a medical professional before beginning any new exercises or workout programme. 

The seller will not be responsible for any damages or accidents that occur due to buyers fault either to the user or to the surroundings. This includes improper use of equipment, improper technique when executing exercises, and any other misuse that is noted or later develops. 

COPYRIGHT 

All materials, logos, or marketing activities may not be modified, reproduced or publicly displayed, performed or distributed for any public or commercial use. All information displayed on this website and through social medias are applicable to New Zealand Law. If purchasing outside of New Zealand then the buyer is still agreeing to the terms outlined by this document under New Zealand Law.
