Set-Up Guide

Set up your new CableFitNZ Set using the easy set-up guide below! Attach the system to a pull-up bar, squat rack, cross-beams, trees...the opportunities are endless. 

Use any weight you have available: kettlebells, weight plates (olympic or standard), even use a backpack filled with any household items! 

1. Attach given attachment straps to appropriate exercise point
2. Using the provided carabiners, clip on pulley
3. Choose appropriate cable length for exercise and thread through pulley
4. Choose appropriate weights for exercise and attach using provided carabiners
5. Choose appropriate hand attachments and begin exercising!
